Ordered a takeaway, told 45 mins for delivery. 90 mins later still not arrived. Called to be told that I had only ordered 5 mins ago??? After I corrected them it was apparently already delivered?? Then it had just left for delivery?? When it did finally arrive after another 15 minutes it was freezing cold.

Had a takeaway ordered and found a hair in the food and when I rang up to tell them what had happened and what was going to happen they didn’t want to take responsibility until I mentioned about food trading standers and then begged for me not to go to them.

Ordered a takeaway for collection. When we got the food it was cold( we collected food before we had a text saying it was ready) so wasn’t left waiting for us to collect. Got the food home only to find out the chips were missing for the omelette. Took over half an hour to get through to them about the missing food to be told we could have them free with our next order. What a joke

Horrid. Absolutely horrid. Threw up the food was that bad, fish raw chicken undercooked. When refused a refund I packed it up and took it back. Didn’t even fully get a refund. Horrid. Don’t go here unless you have a death wish.

Extremely rude customer service from the young women on the phone when I questioned where our food was after waiting 2 hours for it. After waiting this length of time our order was wrong therefore had to call again to get the right order. When we called back they said we could come and collect the missing order despite having paid for delivery.
I would not have minded this if it wasn’t for the awful customer service on the phone when questioning when our food would arrive which I feel is a valid question after waiting for 2 hours. I was rudely hung up on after the young girl say “well this is out of my control and I will tell the driver to hurry up then”. Won’t be ordering from here again!

Absolutely disgusting food, turned up over an hour and a half later than expected, this is the 3rd time this has happened, no communication from the restaurant, extremely rude customer service from the young woman when I called to ask where my order was. Final time I order from here and put up with their poor excuses. No compensation or apology when I spoke to a member of management. In his words "I haven't got the time to sort this out tonight as we are so busy" Please do not provide any custom to this place.

Ordered a takeaway with Just Eat. Food arrived on time. However the food wasn’t good. Everything was far too sweet. Hot and Sour soup shouldn’t be sweet. Chicken with ginger and spring onions shouldn’t be sweet. Beansprouts shouldn’t be sweet! It’s a shame it isn’t authentic at all.

The rice was like it was sat for 3 days. It was pushy and sticky. The chicken was like rubber, the prawn crackers was stale and soft. The sweet n sour source was like it was watered down. The duck spelt off. We spent nearly £70 this wasn't worth a 1p. Disgrace

Service was rude and took 2.5 hours for delivery but I have to be honest with the food and I have to say that it was delicious and the best Chinese takeaway I have had. The delivery driver was really nice and polite and was apologetic for the delay. Hopefully the receptionist can be more polite in future

Throughout lockdown Dragon City gave us great food and great service. We used this take away regularly. Sad to say the standard of food has dropped the last two times we ordered. Wanted to allow for a one of bad night but after a second try we were given salty sweetcirn soup, watery sweet and sour and watery green pepper and blackbean sauce. Such a disappointment. Please serve your better food and increase your prices if that's what it takes.

The food was off, the ribs especially, smelt and tasted horrendous. Other parts of the food wasn’t fresh and turned our stomachs instantly. Rang restaurant who just denied any issues and told us it was fresh and they were busy. Plenty of other Chinese takeaways in the area
